Sweet Leek Surprise: A Nutritious and Delicious Puree Adventure with Wheat, The Laughing Cow Cheese, and a Pinch of Cinnamon!
Ingredients
1 pinch(s) of cinnamon
115 gr of leek
60 gr of wheat
40 gr of The Laughing Cow cream cheese
Directions
Step 1
Place the precooked wheat in the pasta/rice cooker with 45ml of water.
Step 2
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Step 3
Cut the green part of the leeks and remove the hairy base. Cut the white parts into four then into pieces 1 cm in length. Let them soak a few minutes in fresh water and rinse them well.
Step 4
Place the leeks in the steamer basket.
Step 5
Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
Step 6
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 7
Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
Step 8
Place the wheat into the blending bowl.
Step 9
Place the Laughing Cow cheese into the blending bowl.
Step 10
Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
